Agosto Taman Negara Hostel

Très bien accueilli, l’hostel était vraiment bien placé. Très sympa comme établissement pour rencontrer du monde. C’était parfait !

Well kept lively hostel. Facilties are clean, bed is comfortable. Ann is incredibly nice, she helps with basically everything that you ask her, organizing trips and other advice. Would really recommend staying here if you are after a budget friendly option.

Établissement très très propre, l’emplacement est juste à côté de la rivière à 3min à pied, Ann est vraiment très gentille et aux petit soins, c’est très agréable et bien entretenue, le top pour une guest house.

L'accueil a été catastrophique : pas même un bonjour, la seule préoccupation de l'hôte était notre place de stationnement temporaire. Les règles sont trop contraignantes et non communiquées en amont - notamment l'heure d'extinction des lumières qui ne permet pas de faire la sortie de nuit. Aucune commodité sur place (parking, douche et wc publics et payants à 400m a pied). Nous avons finalement logé au Matleon village à l'extérieur et c'était vraiment super !

The location is walking distance to the main bus station and restaurants around Taman Negara.

I didn't feel comfortable being with the owner Ann since I felt like she has a temperamental and impatient personality.I asked her whether there is wifi,and she gave me a negative micro body language.Also,when I asked her about whether I should include Orang Asli your on top of my 2 days-1 night tour she told me in a scolding way "How come I don't know the details of the tour that I purchase? Though I have also witnessed her helping other customers from time to time,my experience with her has been negative,and I recommend her to learn patience,genuine care for customers as well as soft skills.

Very nice and cozy solution to stay in Taman Negara, Ann was great and she suggested us a very nice trek in the forest.
