it wasn’t clean. Water was leaking from the ceiling, and there was no working place to charge my phone in the room. We had to go down to reception, and they didn’t fix it for three days

Nunca hubo agua caliente y es un problema meterse a bañar por lo mismo ,, los baños fallan mucho y los hombres de recepción muy mal educados no te informan y asesoran en nada ,,parece que tú al llegar como reserva te están haciendo un favor al atenderte..muy mal

"Great location and great place"

The location and the comfort is awesome

Most of the staff were great, but a few team members did not seem very welcoming. At times, they appeared more focused on chatting with friends or colleagues than engaging with guests. It often felt like guests had to initiate greetings, rather than being welcomed with a simple “hello” or “how’s everything?”. This was not the case with everyone, just a few individuals, but it’s just a detail
