Мне хостел сильно понравилось. Он отлично организовано для приема гостей. В моей комнате ( 10 кроватей) были окна и достаточное количество воздуха для хорошего сна. Кровати удобные, есть шкафчик для вещей, розетка рядом с кроватью, чисто. Кухня на верхнем этаже хорошо оборудована, есть столики посидеть и поесть. Достаточное количество туалетов и душевых с горячей водой. Местоположение - великолепное: это прекрасная Рома, а не ужасный центр, вокруг тихо - никакого шума, безопасно Персонал мне тоже понравился.

Кухня поддерживается не в идеальном состоянии, но это оттого, что много людей готовят - объективно сложно

Como que faltan espacios de sala con TV, zonas comunes para convivir,leer libros.

Het dakterras met de keuken was heel leuk gedaan, De locatie van de hostel was erg goed ,Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk, Leuke artistieke sfeer leuke muurschildering en een lieve kat die daar woont!

Dat veel kamers geen raam hadden om te luchten, ondanks veel toiletten en badkamers ze waren vaak bezet

En la noche hizo muchísimo frio y no quisieron proporcionar otra cobija, dijeron que ya no tenían, la del cuarto era muy delgada. El cuarto era demasiado pequeño, tenía moho en el techo y las ventanas no cerraban correctamente. Un baño comunitario no contaba con agua caliente. La cocina carece de limpieza e higiene.

Ernesto was very helpful and accommodating! We went on the Destinos Mexicanos Teotihuacan tour and had a great time. There are a couple other tour options too that we didn't have time for. The hostel is colorful, pretty clean, nice "vibe", the area is a bit loud some nights (could be pro or con depending on what you're looking for)

We were hoping the hostel might have some garrafons to fill up our reusable water bottles, but unfortunately they don't, only single-use bottles for sale - best to buy your own jug at one of the supermarkets/Oxxos or tienditas around. Also, the wifi was a little spotty in our room so you may have to go to the kitchen/terrace level.

Cool place! Good bathrooms everything was clean. Prime location next to a Starbucks and a small park. I was able to reach my destinations very quickly. Clean sheets and lockers. Wifi worked and there was hot water. Would stay again.

Staff could have spoken better English. We figured it out tho. I think the system of having to wait until someone buzzes the front door open is a bit inefficient. Just give the guests a keycard or something for people like me that show up at 3am.

I need to be absolutely clear: what I experienced today at your hostel was unacceptable, infuriating, and deeply unprofessional. When I returned to the hostel to collect my luggage, the receptionist suddenly claimed that luggage storage required a fee. At no point during my stay or at checkout was this rule ever communicated to me by any staff member. He then escalated the situation by saying that because I had already checked out, remaining on the premises even briefly would require me to pay for the “use of facilities and equipment.” This statement was completely unreasonable and frankly absurd. What made the situation even worse was that when I asked for a clear price or policy, he responded by saying: “You can pay whatever you want.” This makes it painfully obvious that there is no established, transparent, or legitimate policy, but rather an arbitrary, on-the-spot attempt to charge a guest without justification. This behavior goes far beyond poor communication. It constitutes an abuse of position, a violation of boundaries, and a form of harassment toward a guest. I am extremely angry about this incident and find it entirely unacceptable.
