Nada , el personal no hace cargo de nada , procuran cobrar en efectivo para hacer negocio por debajo del agua , las camas tienen chinches y al tener un altercado con un huésped desagradable le permitieron entrar a mi cuarto , tomar mis pertencias , y lo dejaron ir sin reportarlo a las autoridades. Voy a demandar en PROFECO , COFEPRIS Y SALUBRIDAD. NADA RECOMEDABLE Y EVITEN UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA

Me gusta la gente, el personal me hace sentir segura y es agradable la ubicación es perfecta .

La litera superior se mueve mucho y baños necesitan mantenimiento , con un poco de cariño podrían estar mejor y también limpiar el área común de la terraza , parece que están trabajando en ello pero mientras tanto el mantenimiento de limpieza no estaría mal.
