Location is good for my interest and it seems to be safe. Property is very affordable. I suggest to incorporate a minifridge into room to keep cool some meals or beverages. There are several amenities around the property. Access to Metro Subway and Metrobus is fine,

Room has 2 steps down to access floor. Same for bathroom access. This room feature it's not terrible for us. Laminate flooring is quite noisy, perhaps it needs some fixing.

The host was incredibly helpful and organized. The room looks exactly as advertised and is very comfortable. The neighborhood has lots of businesses and is within walking distance to the metro.

I have no complaints.
