The house is in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Alexander, the young man in charge of the place is a helpful and cooperative lad. You can reach him through Whatsapp if you need extra information. The location is excellent, three blocks away from the Metro stations “Eugenia” and “División Norte”. There are several shops nearby where you can buy an OXXO sim card to be used while you are in Mexico, if you are a foreigner. In about 5 minutes you can walk to the closest Sanborns for breakfast or other meal: a good restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere and service. It even has an INBURSA Bank ATM inside. However, there are lots of different places to eat and drink in the area, including the local market called “24 de Agosto”, within walking distance via Anaxágoras street. The supermarket SORIANA is also nearby. "Esperanza", an excellent bakery on Avenida Cuautehmoc offers a variety of breads and "tostadas", the crispy corn tortillas. And for the ladies who like to look well all the time, there are plenty of hairdressers in the area. I would definitely stay there again, when I go back to CDMX.

The host was very helpful answering any questions - comfy bed, spacious room, we enjoyed the location. We felt very safe and the room was clean.
