Jasper couldn’t have been more helpful, he gave us great tips that were all spot on and shaped the next part of our stay in Mexico as well as for checking out Oaxaca. The terrace was a great place to chill out. We ended up extending our stay an extra day.

"The perfect place to stay for a vacation in Oaxaca!"

The hotel was in a nice and quite neighborhood, that was very close to wonderful restaurants. Jasper and his wife were super helpful, very accommodating, and incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this spot if your spending time in Oaxaca!

"Magical Oaxaca"

The hosts Mary and Jasper were super friendly and helpful before our arrival and during our stay. The view from the terrace is amazing and since it has a bar, it's the ultimate chill out zone after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Oaxaca which blew us away. The beds were clean and comfortable. We also recommend you participate in the Mezcal tasting at the hotel which was very informative and delicous ;) We also took a foudtour with 'Me encanta Oaxaca' which was also mindblowing. We really fell in love with this city and this hotel (plus the people in it). It's just a few blocks from the centre and we will be coming back here for sure :)

Since there is a water shortage in Oaxaca, in the morning we had to ask the host to turn on the water for a shower which he was happy to do. This is not a complaint but rather an observation. We also understood the situation that you need to save water as much as possible. We are spoiled in Europe..
