@The Pier 519 Hostel

I was definitely surprised with the good service of the staff. The room is functional and although the beds are not the most comfortable in the world, I was finally able to rest. The bathroom facilities are good, functional. Regarding the location, it is quite central, almost in front of the exit and entrance of the ferries, which makes it perfect. It is also far away from the noise that is common to hear in Phi Phi. Note: there is banana and coffee always in the morning, which is an incredible plus for the place.

Bed are ok

The hostel is very well located and easy to get to, it's only 2 minutes from the pier. The room is spacious and the air conditioning is on all day. There is only one bathroom in the room, the tip is to use the bathrooms/ showers that are on the ground floor, the shower has more pressure.

I liked the structure of the beds that allowed personal space in its finest. I like the owner Lulu a lot, she was really helpful.

It’s perfect. A bit pricy compared to other hostels in Thailand but in my opinion was worth it.

Loved the location, right near the pier so it was easy when tracking with heavy bags off of the ferry! Close to shops and restaurants but also quieter at night

The beds were pretty hard there were only two toilets up stairs shared between 20+ guests! There is more downstairs but annoying in the morning.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the place was clean. We didn't mind the upgrade to private room the first night, nor did we mind the double mattress we shared on the bottom bunk of the huge dorm the next night. Easy ish to find

I just re-visited Phi Phi after living on the island for a short while just over 20 years ago and I'm saddened by the island that I see today. I was happy to leave and won't go back. If the hostel was in a different place I may have returned as there were no faults with the hostel.

The staff are so lovely they helped me when I got sick and checked in periodically. Great central location. Clean rooms

Perfect location. Very clean, the staff is cleaning and tidying all the time. Comfy beds, with curtains for privacy. Easy check-in and check-out. Complimentary coffee and fruits.

Be aware that: the water in the shower and the sink is salty; only two full bathrooms for all the people, but there are showers and toilets available on the ground floor.

We had initially planned to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 10 nights! Everything about this hostel is great. The hosts are fantastic - friendly and will go an extra mile to help. The location could not have been better - right next to the pier, the busy town area and a short walk from the beach clubs, however still very quiet. Free bananas in Reception area are a sweet bonus :)
