Helpful and nice staff

They were cleaning all the time, wich que love. The staff was super nice and they have coffee, cookies and banana available all day for everyone, we didn’t expect that <3. The bed was huge and the room was spacious.

I like the location and cleaned of the hostel

I didn't like that people arrived 3:00am and made too much noise and talked too loudly, waking us all up (it was 2 days). The next day I informed reception, however they told me that they could not do anything. I suggested that they put up a "do not make noise" notice just like they have "do not eat in rooms"... I told of respect for the guests they can do something, the receptionist got upset when I told her. I understand that it also corresponds to the respect of the other guests but if we see that it has been two days in a row and I do nothing. There is already a problem to correct.

Last on reception in charge was the best and super helpful

This is a great location directly close to the pier and boats to the other islands. It is also far enough away from all the bars that you don't hear the bass going all night.

Not the fault of the facility but another person in the hostel was very sick and got my whole family sick.
