El personal fue amable, pero incapaz de resolver los problemas presentados. El desayuno no estaba mal aunque en ocasiones fue un poco lento en servirse.

En varias ocasiones/noches el WIFI y la TV no funcionaron en absoluto. En otras iban a ratos. Las camas eran duras y crujian mucho al moverse o levantarse. Las puertas del baño no encajaban en sus marcos. Y en ocasiones resonaban al golpear el marco. El hotel esta frente a una gran avenida sin semaforo que hay que cruzar por las bravas para llegar a la playa. Dicha avenida continuamente ocasiona mucho ruido que impide dormir y obligo a cambiar de habitacion. La piscina en el 4 piso es my pequeña, poco mas grande que un jacuzzi. El hotel carece por completo de ascensores. Aunque la descripcion da a entender que eso solo es para el ultimo piso.
