Hotel Zamay Plus

The breakfast ladies were sweet and nice. They make me feel at home. Location is fabulous is close to anything you will need and they have free parking.

The room Ac was not working properly. we noticed the ac filters were dirty, took around 4 hrs to start working and it was about midnight, but that's not the main issue. The main issue was the lack of higgine, All the walls were full of dirty hands like grease, and the bathroon shower heads was not working properly and seemed to be clogged with dirt. There were not enough blankets or pillows. We had to ask for more pillows and they said they didn't have at that time and to ask again late at night due to not having more available because all the pillows were already on rooms and they have to take it from another room depending if was book. I really hope this help, this hotel really doesn't meet the basic expectations for the price. Again, please make an exception for the ladies in charge of the breakfast, food was delicious, and her service was excellent 👌🏻

Very good breakfast and wonderful staff.

Rooms were very clean. Fairly close to Rodadero beach. Breakfast was included. 24/7 service.

Small pool area. Limited parking spaces. You have cross a heavily transit road to get to the beach.

The location was the only thing we liked, it is close to the beach.

The staff did not treat us in the best way, they didn´t have a good attitude. They mixed up our reservations, and despite paying for a quadruple room, they initially tried to give us a room with just one bed. In the end, they assigned us a terrible room—damp, poorly ventilated, and with a nightstand only on one side. On top of that, there was only one usable power outlet in the entire room. I don't recommend this place, there are many more options nearby.

location was near bus terminal, near shopping center, good restaurant. Staff was helpful.

The pool area was dirty, food and clothing had been left lying around. The pool itself didn't feel clean. The noise level was not pleasant. Comments had said this was quiet but there was noise from the street at all hours. No decoration in the room. No chair.
