La habitación tortuga, es una habitacion muy diferente a la de las fotos, le falta pintura y es muy oscura, fui solo y en el baño encontré cabello de mujer y cuando realice el check in no me explicaron la dinámica del hotel, también se deberían esmerar un poco más por el desayuno, literal es huevo arepa y cereal. También creo que sería bueno no siempre tener el equipo de sonido de la piscina prendido, a veces cómo turista queremos llegar a descansar. Un poco lejos de la bahía de Santa Marta a pie, bueno que cuenta con panadería y el ara.

El personal fue muy atento, amable y servicial, en especial José . Cada vez que necesitábamos algo, respondía de inmediato a nuestras solicitudes, siempre con mucha amabilidad. Nuestra habitación estaba bien y también nos gustó mucho la piscina pequeña.

Las instalaciones, un desayuno muy rico, el personal muy amable y la tranquilidad del lugar.

Mejorar el servicio que ofrecen de bar ya que no se encontraba personal disponible

The kitchen is super well-equipped. The beds have curtains. The pool is nice. The receptionist is nice.

-No soap in the bathrooms. -The toilets and showers doors are broken, so I saw a woman's private parts, which should absolutely not be normal and should be a priority, knowing that men go to the wrong bathroom and use the women's bathroom. -There isn't even a hook in the showers, so we put them on the door, but everything falls on the floor, so our things are no longer clean. -The beds have no protection; we can fall from the bunk above if we move around too much. - - - There's absolutely no space to store our belongings, and there are no lockers that close, this puts travelers at a huge risk of having their belongings stolen, as anyone can enter the hostel. -The room doors are noisy. - They play music and talk at 6:30am in the corridor while the 6-bed dormitory overlooks this reception, horrible sleep.

Good privacy curtains and nice and cold rooms. Very comfortable beds.

Cockroaches on beds; common area was a bit dirty. No hand soaps provided in toilets. Cleaniness could be improved. Location is not very central and you need to take a cab or walk 30-40min to the central.

Excellent hostel, friendly and helpful staff, cozy common area, excellent value
