La cama súper limpia y rica, el aire funciona muy bien y la piscina lo mejor. Tome desayuno y fue ideal al precio todo me gustó. Volvería sin dudarlo.

"Una estadía de desilusión :("

La señora Luz Mery, encargada de hacernos el desayuno es un amor. Siempre fue muy amable y simpática con nosotros. La ubicación del hotel era conveniente para lo que teníamos planeado hacer, que era en Santa Marta.

La habitación que nos dieron inicialmente (Colibrí) era amplia pero no estaba en muy buen estado. El baño se veía mal tenido y sucio. La luz principal del cuarto no funcionaba bien. Y lo peor de todo era el ruido de esa habitación por estar al lado de la vía y de la puerta de entrada al hostal. Pedimos cambio y la segunda habitación estuvo un poco mejor (Tayrona) pero olía a cañería y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. El baño se veía en mejores condiciones pero era muy pequeñito. Creo que una persona obesa o muy grande tendría serios problemas para entrar y salir de él. Además, había momentos en que nos quedábamos sin agua. Tocaba bajar a recepción a pedir que encendieran la bomba para llenar el tanque. Y salvo dos personas que nos atendieron en recepción, todos tenían una actitud displicente. Sentíamos que los estábamos molestando al pedir que abrieran la puerta o algo así sencillo. Las fotos de Booking dan una falsa imagen del hostel que es mucho menos bonito y agradable. Creo que no volveremos a quedarnos allí.

Location, is pretty close to the beach..the people working were nice.

Toliets and rooms were dirty..but especially the toilets.
