The hostel reserves the right to cancel a reservation for security reasons or misbehavior. In high season all reservations in private rooms will be verified with a 50% charge in advance. It is not allowed the entry of alcohol by the guest since the place has a bar. The place has no parking for cars, only for motorcycles and bicycles. Please note minors cannot stay in dormitory room. They can only stay in private rooms if accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Payment with international card has an additional commission of 5%Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

La piscina está súper . Las instalaciones super.

La ubicación no es muy buena . Se sugiere no llegar tan tarde .después de las 10 pm hay que tener precaución. Mucha gente en situación de calle .

Clean room, good AC, good wifi, a comfortable bed with curtains, staff available, and a good restaurant inside.

The fridge is not big enough for the number of guests, it becomes a bit messy, and the location of the hostel is ok, just a bit dark at night.

"No vale el precio"

La practicidad de estar cerca de la parada del bus para el Tayrona y Palomino. Las hamacas.

La iluminación de la habitación privada es ridícula, la internet funciona bastante mal y no tiene vibra de hostel para nada! Lejos del centro y se encuentra en una zona algo turbia. Piscina sucia. El refrigerador es un chiste.

The staff is really really helpful, especially Helen. We booked the lost city trek through the hostel and she organised everything for us. The breakfast is good too. We stayed in that hostel three times, because it’s really good. The neighbouring streets look a bit rough, but after 5 minutes walking you’re in the historic centre with nice streets and many restaurants.

El hostel en su totalidad muy bonito , la energía que se respira es muy buena y la atención tanto de las recepcionistas como los chicos de el bar joan y maria , su trabajo fue maravilloso a la hora de atender al publico. Recomiendo probar los jugos de frutas tropicales.

No te cambian la toalla , y prenden el aire acondicionado muy tarde.
