The hostel reserves the right to cancel a reservation for security reasons or misbehavior. In high season all reservations in private rooms will be verified with a 50% charge in advance. It is not allowed the entry of alcohol by the guest since the place has a bar. The place has no parking for cars, only for motorcycles and bicycles. Please note minors cannot stay in dormitory room. They can only stay in private rooms if accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Payment with international card has an additional commission of 5%Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Il faudrait renouveler les équipements de la cuisine (poêles, casserole, couteaux, etc) et voir pour mettre un second frigo.

Ho concluso il mio viaggio al cacao a santa Marta non potevo chiedere di meglio, si ə creata una situazione tra i viaggiatori molto carina e piacevole, condividendo escursioni, cene fuori, e danza :) !! Tutto il personale della struttura è stato cordiale, amorevole e disponibile dal primo istante, specialmente alla reception Alicia che è stata super professionale e disponibile, Per esempio quando ho avuto un problema con il materasso e subito ha provveduto a risolvere il piccolo problema. Ancora Grazie di tutto !!
