The hostel reserves the right to cancel a reservation for security reasons or misbehavior. In high season all reservations in private rooms will be verified with a 50% charge in advance. It is not allowed the entry of alcohol by the guest since the place has a bar. The place has no parking for cars, only for motorcycles and bicycles. Please note minors cannot stay in dormitory room. They can only stay in private rooms if accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Payment with international card has an additional commission of 5%Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Decent beds with clean sheets and privacy curtains. Staff were all very helpful, especially Angel who worked overnight.

The air conditioner was set to 17 which is super cold. Angel adjusted it to a much more reasonable 24 degrees.

Las instalaciones en general hermosas, el personal amable y nos dio indicaciones excelentes para manejarnos (mención especial para Alicia). El desayuno también muy rico.

En la habitación privada el baño privado queda por fuera de la habitación, sería bueno solo que esté detallado, por lo demás todo excelente

Todo excelente, como siempre. Areas muy agradables para relajarse y trabajar. El personal es increíble y te hace sentir como en casa. Gracias en especial a Gelen que me ayudó mucho con todo lo que necesitaba.
