Sol and Camille are great hosts, there are only two private rooms upstairs with their own terrace and chill out area. The bathroom is shared and basic, but fresh water at all times. All their food is home cooked, vegetarian and very delicious. You can also refill your bottle there to reduce plastic waste. They also offer tours to different places. Be informed, there is no wifi but if you have a sim card the connections works. Electricity is only available from around 7pm -7am. Very relaxed place directly at the beach.

The bedsheets could be from a more comfortable fiber.

It's really something special, you can see they, Camí and Sol, put thoughts and care into it. Simple, basic but beautiful and kept spotless clean. The room is very small with a comfy bed and little space for the luggage, but the terrace makes it up for it. Good breakfast and the two sisters are helpful and very nice.

Not Camí and Sol fault, but one should be aware that in playa blanca there is actually almost no beach...and most definitely not in front of the accomodation, one steps more or less directly into the water. And I really hope Camí and Sol will no longer sell the islands tour as it's an expensive scam.

Great location in quiet part of Playa Blanca (the rest of the beach is incredibly busy), run by two sisters. Yes it is basic, yes you have a cold shower, yes you share the bathroom but you cannot beat the location.

As soon as I arrived I extended my stay! It is in the most beautiful location, right on the sea front but away from the loud music further down the beach. Sol and Camila are two lovely sisters who run the place; they helped me arrive, organised amazing activities like snorkeling and visiting Las Islas Rosarios and cooked healthy vegetarian food!

Great location on the beachfront. Beautiful view of the sunset, no mosquitos although quite a few house flies.

Small bedroom with only a little night light. Moving around made the whole place shudder. A sore point was the final bill because it included more items than we remember ordering and then a 10% 'tax' to top it off.

The location was beach front and was flanked by many restaurant options.

The rooms lacked the facility to keep you cool during the evenings. No fans. If you are a strong traveler and can sleep through a sweat filled night, then you can have a tranquil time here.

The balcony in front of the rooms overlooking the water was the best aspect about this place. The breakfast was good and the black cat there was adorable. The staff was also nice but their English was limited.

During the rainy season it's not the easiest to get to, especially if you have bigger luggage. But you can always pay extra and a boat can be arranged to pick you up. The swimming area in front of the hotel is very limited as there are a lot of rocks/coral. The menu doesn't have any prices, we were caught off guard when we found out the not the great passion fruit juice was 10,000cop. But I suppose we should have asked about prices first. There is no electricity minus usb chargers and small led lights. It's very hot to sleep inside the mosquito nets without a fan.

It was located in such a beautiful spot, right in front of the beach, in Playa Tranquila. Sol and Cami were amazing hosts, very kind and attentive. The breakfast Sol prepared was wonderful. The hostel was so cute, with a bohemian vibe. Of course you don't have the facilities of a hotel, but that's part of the charm of the place.

It would have been nice to have a fan in the room, it can get very humid and hot during the night.

Super sweet place, it feels very private & is located at a more calm part of the beach what we liked. Warm welcoming by the hosts, they offer some tours & the food is delicious!

Prime location if you’d like to be beachfront. Amazing beach. Very safe. Mosquito net over the bed. The service is A+. Amazing breakfast. This is perfect for someone who enjoys a more bohemian / primitive stay.

It doesn’t have a regular flushing toilet. You need to flush on your own with a bucket of water.
