A las 4 am la luz de nuestro cuarto empezó a parpadear sin parar, intentamos de todo para pararla y nada, y al momento de quejarnos con el de recepción fue indiferente, no descansamos bien

The staff was very friendly.

The beds were unstable and very loud. Any movement in bed would make very loud creaking noises and wake everyone in the dorm up. The latter to the top bunk was not secure so it was dangerous and hard to get in and out of bed and very loud. The bed felt like it was going to break. Then the room was very hot and there was no remote for the a/c so it was very hard to sleep in a room that was approximately 30 degrees Celsius.

Muy buena atención al cliente, gran nivel de responsabilidad por parte del personal y unas instalaciones en excelente estado solo para llegar y disfrutar

I loved the place my only complaint is the room was ABSOLUTELY TOO COLD. I felt like I was sleeping in a freezer, I had to go to the desk in the middle of the night to ask for a blanket. Everything else was great. Just please don’t pipe up the AC so much during the night. Shuttle service to the airport was great.

It was too cold in the room.

Muy bien y perfecto para pasar la noche si no te cuadran los horarios de avión y shuttle
