Good location, security, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities also good.

The most untidy hostel I stayed in Germany, especially the washrooms and kitchen. Garbage remain undisposed in kitchen dustbin for long, bringing foul smell. It's not uncommon to miss tissue papers in toilets, no serviets for drying hands. The rooms are quite clean though, but very congested! 12 people cramed in tiny rooms, making it veeeery stuffy, and little space available to keep your bags/stuff.

Location was just perfect near by public transport.

The location was perfect, and the room was also not on the roadside, which made the stay quiet. I stayed at a studio apartment, which was good, as it consisted of a small private kitchen and washroom.

The floor of the room was dirty! The kitchen was passable, but the utensils were not at all cleaned properly. The shower in the washroom is pathetic, it will produce either super cold or hot water. There was no bucket or tap by which one could mix manually. The communication with the property is also very bad. I was unsure whether I would be able to reach by 10 pm or not, so I texted them on both Booking.com as well as on WhatsApp, but I didn't get any response. Coincidentally, I arrived on time.
