Panorama Hostel

Very affordable and close to the main station. There is a mall nearby that also has quite a lot of shops and restaurants. The hostel was relatively quiet and the other guests seemed polite and kept to themselves.

Wow, where to start? I paid for a four-bed private room and was instead put in a six-bed room that was still private. I asked the front desk why I was moved to a different room and was told they had no record of my booking (they use a spreadsheet not connected to Booking.com) and that there was nothing they could do as the hostel was "fully booked." The sheets in the bunks were stained, there were crumbs and hair on the beds, and one bunk had a plastic bag on it. It also looked like there were a couple of drops of blood on the floor. One of the windows had blinds that were broken and unusable. The kitchen had a lot of space but was quite messy and the bathroom smelled like urine.
