For group reservations, 100% must be paid in advance, Within 48 hours of booking. (from 8 people) The price is non-refundable. A surcharge of 2.5 EUR per half an hour applies for arrivals after check-in hours. (10:00pm) Please note that late check in is possible only until 12:00am.

Room is not properly cleaned, washroom are super super dirty and the bed are not comfortable even there so many mosquitoes under the bed I complained to the reception and ask for the mosquito spray but he said i don’t know very bad experience don’t stay here

"Super location, fair prices, unfortunately dirty."

The location is great, both for travelers and for those who want to come for work purposes to the Frankfurt Messe. The room was shown well on the pictures, the bed was comfortable and the wifi also worked well. There is a beautiful morning view with the sunrise over the city from the family room we stayed in.

The overall cleanliness could be improved. We booked a room with a private bathroom, which at our arrival still had dirty spots and also we found mold in the shower itself.
