One Love Hostal Puerto Escondido

One love has a chilled, homely vibe. It presented better than I had hoped. Feels truly Mexican but with an individual groove. Rooms are clean & inviting. The garden space is lush. The whole scene is Rancho Relaxo. Its close to the main strip but far enough away for peace & quiet when youre done. Beach access is less than one beer away & you get the whole beach to yourself pretty much. Nico is a perfect host. The communication was exceptional & he was super welcoming. He puts his heart & soul in this place & you can feel it.

The hostel is a nice oasis situated ideally close to La Punta. It's got tranquility and accessibility, making it ideal. Nico, the owner, is terrific; helpful, kind, and accommodating. It's a great stay, and on top of that great value as well!

One Love was a quiet oasis within the hubbub of la punta area of puerto escondido. Very closely located to the beach and also the main area of drinks, bars and restaurants. One Love itself was clean, lovely rooms, nice shower (although water is cold but given the weather this was refreshing in the heat!). Nico is great as well!

We just had to remember to buy drinking water as this is not offered on the property - but not really a problem!

Great, spacious and clean room. Clear communication with the owner. We had a wonderful stay, a place I would definitely come back to!

The place is a beautiful oasis, 200 meters from the beach and a very calm place! The host is a very nice guy, who is very helpful and supportive! Can recommend it!

I absolutely love this place! Nico the host is incredible. He gives a very warm welcome with tips for everything, from good restaurants to activities (which they also have written down in a book) and scooter rentals. The small chats really make you feel very at home. We did the recommended whale watching tour and saw three whales (even though it is not the right season), which was an amazing experience! The location is also great and close to everything in la Punta, including the beach! The room is also very lovely and also very comfortable with just the fan. There is enough storage room and many area’s where you can also relax. I would love to come back!
