The rooms don't have hot water and AC available, but all of them feature a mini fridge and 2 fans. Location is great: close to the beach, close to the highway which is nice if you need to get a collectivo, mini market next to it and good scooter rental in the same street. Also all facilities of La Punta ofc. Other than location it’s just really comfortable and pretty and friendly. The temperature in the room is great: i didn’t use the vans much.

Puerto Escondido is too touristy for my taste. One Love is a perfect sanctuary in all this though.

"Amazing accommodation, great location!"

Amazing stay at One Love; communication was quick and good, room was cleaned every day, very spacious, lovely cats & amazing location. We loved everything, and were sad we had to leave after staying for 7 nights. We felt at home in our bungalow :) the fans were perfect and we didn’t miss a/c or hot shower at all. Lovely hostel, great value for money. Thanks so much for the great suggestions Nico, we hope to return one day!

Nothing to dislike. We enjoyed everything!

One Love is an oasis of lush green and comfort at an affordable price. The bungalows were well equipped and the hostel was well located 100 m from the beach.

"Wonderfull and relaxed stay in this private jungle oase."

The host was very friendly and easy to talk with. Rooms were cleaned every day. The accomodation is great, it feels like a little jungle. Very peacefull and quiet. Perfect location if you are looking for a relaxed stay. The walk to the beach and sunset is just 2min. The rooftop terras with hammock is top! You can feel that it is made with a lot of love.

Amazing attention and recommendations from the owner. Very clean room, spacious, practical and well designed. Very chill and quiet. Safe entry and exit. Clean and refreshing pool. The design of the hostal ensures a cool temperature inside the rooms so AC isn't necessary. The terrace has amazing views with comfy hammocks. Very close to the beach and the main street of punta zicatela with all the restaurants. Bar next door amazing.

You can sometimes hear the conversations of the people from the room behind you.

We’ve heard good things about the hostel. At first we were a bit hesitant about the cold showers and no airco, but the stay was just perfect. No airco needed because of good ventilation and the showers were super comfortable and have great pressure. It was our most comfortable stay in Mexico. Nico helped us around everything we needed and was super helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely recommend and come back when we’re in town. 10/10!!
