El lugar es limpio y acogedor y el personal super atento, amable, excelente experiencia, un lugar muy tranquilo, te recomendado.

A localização

Primeiramente eles querem te cobrar de absolutamente tudo, não inspiram confiança. Eu havia reservado um quarto e precisava de um early check in. Eles disseram que teria que pagar por isso, o que acho justo, mas que para o meu quarto não havia possibilidade e que teria que subir de categoria, o que aceitei porque tinha que trabalhar. Quando cheguei, o hostal estava vazio e não estou segura de que o quarto estava realmente ocupado. É para fechar com chave de ouro, quiseram me cobrar 50 mil pesos dizendo que eu havia manchado a toalha. Eu expliquei que era shampoo e que saia facilmente. Não contentes, tentaram me cobrar pelo Booking, sem contar que é um valor totalmente abusivo. Quando pedi a evidência da toalha manchada para efetuar o pagamento, não obtive resposta.

La ubicación

Alcoba muy, muy pequeña

The hostal is in a very central location in the beautiful, narrow and colourful streets of Getsemani. There's a very good selection of places to eat and drink in the area as well as several supermarkets. The old centre of Cartagena, with its museums and restaurants is an easy walk away (about 7 minutes). Although it's a lively, safe area, the hotel is in a quiet street. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is a comfortable size. It's simply furnished and spotlessly clean with good aircon. Although there is no breakfast, there's an excellent choice of places to go within a few minutes walk. The hop on/off bus stop is only 5 minutes walk away and the harbour for tourist boats is less than 10 minutes walk away.
