Robert was a friendly and engaging host. He and Marilyn booked transportation and a visit to the Underground river for us which was super convenient. Laundry service on site and the food was excellent as noted in other reviews The nearby beach is absolutely stunning

Il bungalow è posizionato in giardino, è molto spazioso e tranquillo, si sentono tutti i suoni di grilli cicale ecc, ma a me piaceva! La cucina con poca scelta ma buona,acqua sempre disponibile. Noleggio motorini in loco. La zona è un po' fuori da tutto,40 minuti a piedi dalla prima spiaggia. Host gentile e disponibile, abbiamo chiesto di farci una lavatrice, per 200 pesos abbiamo ricevuto i panni puliti asciutti e piegati.

Un po' di pulizia in più forse.. La doccia non era calda ma alla fine dato il clima non è indispensabile,è privato ma esterno. La zanzariera aveva dei buchi, e il patio da direttamente sul campo da basket. Il wiifii prende solo nella zona comune

Staff is super nice. Comfy room and all needed facilities! It was clean and a great stay. They were so kind to bring me back and forth to the beach, so lovely!

Es gab Warmwasser zum Duschen und das Bett war trocken und sauber.

Ausser das Bett und der Boden war alles schmutzig und voller Insekten, welche schon über einen langen Zeitraum an der Decke und an den Wänden klebten. Auf einem Stuhl waren Essresten/Instantnudeln. Während unserem Aufenthalt wurde direkt vor dem Fenster ein Feuer entfacht (zum Verbrennen von Grünzeug), sodass der ganze Rauch in unser Schlafzimmer gelang. Unsere ganzen Sachen waren geräucht und der Gestank ging nicht mehr aus dem Raum. Die ganze Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird offenbar nicht mehr gross unterhalten oder gepflegt. Sie steht zum Verkauf.

Nothing,is a shame is in a beautiful environment around but not take care at all

Is really old and not take care,we arrive,a woman i guess the owner gave us the key and pointed the room and left,we went up to see the room and the floor was still full of water,smell really bad mold,hair all over,bathroom smell like pee so we went out to found in our phones for another place to stay,we paid for that day for not even ask for a free cancelation and we left,also the answer from the owner in google review i wrote says a lot about the way to manage a hotel when a guest has an opinion,people deserve to know

The location is great and you can get any service you need (breakfast, transport, tours), the owners are really friendly and you feel a part of a family there.

The facility needs the refreshments.
