Pas assez de rangement dans la chambre, c'est vite le bazar !

The location is the best you can get in Galapagos and the breakfast is so good. It is easy to talk to the staff, and we got help when we needed.

Unfortunately, is was so dirty. As soon as we arrived in the room we saw someone elses hair in the bathroom, the sink was dirty with things I'd prefer not to write about and there were more hairs on the bed. After the first day, we asked for more toilet paper, and it never came. There was no hot water in the shower, and they put some tape on it, so you couldn't change the settings to get hot water. And if you did take the tape off, it would smell like something was burning and smoke would come out of the shower head. We spoke about it to the staff and they said they would call someone to fix it, but nothing happen and we took cold showers everyday. I understand it's a hostel and we dindn't expect anything luxurious, but, in my opinion, a clean room and a hot shower is the minimum you should offer to your guests.

Bichos no quarto, toalhas de banho sujas, num dos dias não tivemos oportunidade de tomar o pequeno almoço pois apesar de começar as 7h não estava ninguém para preparar e tínhamos de sair às 7h30 do alojamento

Great family owened Hostel near the ferry and close to many restaurants and mini market. Very friendly owner who gave me information on tours around the island.

La atención del personal fue estupenda, te ayudan en todo. La ubicación perfecta, a una calle de la avenida del puerto, andando llegas a todos los sitios. Rodeado de bares, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Habitaciones muy humildes pero básicas y útiles, nada de lujos. También tiene una cocina común con nevera por si quieres cocinarte algo. El desayuno era un par de huevos revueltos, un pan, un zumo y un poco de fruta.

Todo bien, teniendo en cuenta que es un hostal.
