Easy to find

Water for shower, sinks, etc not always available. Staff didn't respond to messages in Whatsapp or via booking app. No hot or warm water. No water pressure. Breakfast stops at 830am... Asked about the water situation in the morning around 815am. After the front desk person spent 17 minutes explaining why there was no water, it was 8:32am and they wouldn't entertain me getting breakfast.

"Superb"

The breakfast is good and filling enough to not require lunch if you are on a budget. The family were very helpful with any enquiry we had. We don't speak Spanish very well but we were able to communicate ok. It was a great help that they let us store our big bags while we went to the other islands. Rooms had air con and hot water which is much appreciated on the island.

There were a few ants in the room but it's to be expected when staying in older buildings and didn't really bother us.
