The smell in the hallways were not so good, maybe because there is no ventilation.

Excellent location in the old town. Two very historic buildings (one an old 1500s horse mill, the other a 17th C hospital) but renovated. Private bathrooms. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

A youth hostel and so bunk beds which you make yourself. Poor wifi. As a family of seven we were in three rooms in two different buildings not very close to each other. More expensive than some hotels.

The staff were very helpful and kind, the historic setting was interesting, and the location was great for the old town. The breakfast was useful.

We were placed in a room which was not the room advertised with our booking but the hostel was quick to agree a solution. Customer service was good. We were not in the main building and had to walk down a dark and slippery path to access the room. I think guests should be notified at the time of booking. The check in time was rather late (5pm). The luggage lockers were either broken or in use. There is definitely room for improvement with the facilities and the information provided at the time of booking.

Location is really great- right in the middle of the main street. Hostel is very clean.

If you have big luggages- could be a chore to bring up long flight of stairs ...
