"OK for a quick stopover as it is cheap."

The staff were nice and helpful, and the location was good. Nice and central.

We asked for a quiet room and were put opposite the shared toilets with metal bolts. It was not a quiet hostel and the kitchen facilities were very poor. No microwave, very few pots, cups all plastic. Limited agua purificada. When it was empty after 8 it was not supplied again until the morning. Very little cutlery. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to move around in.

A hostel with an amazing staff, I came there sick and they helped me with anything I needed at any time. Also the place is very clean and comfortable

Planet Hostel is absolutely amazing! Beautiful, colorful, super clean hostel in the central area of San Cristobal. And the most important, 10 out of 10 points for the amazing Guy working at the hostel - Erik! Super nice and helpful, thanks to him we managed to organize amazing trips around Chiapas for a very good price. Erik is the best!! ❤
