"Cheap and clean"

The staff were plesant and the beds were comfortable.

They do not supply security lockers so I was always worried about my belongings. The kitchen lacks poor cooking equipment.

"hotel ok, staff polite but the onward shuttle I booked was a nightmare"

The hotel booked my shuttle to Guatemala but got the destination wrong and this caused me a lot of problems when I left Mexico.

staff was super kind and welcoming. common areas are very cozy (one has a fireplace). location is central but away from the mots chaotic streets.

no remarks: everything was really good!

"Not a great stay"

Good location Helpful staff - they let us check-in early Comfortable beds

- The toilet in our room was broken (it would not flush) so we had to use the shared bathrooms that were extremely dirty. The shower in our room also didn’t work (no hot water). - Very noisy

"Super nice, clean hostel with very friendly staff!"

Very nice hostel with a lovely terrace! Clean space and super friendly staff. In particular Eric, the receptionist that was mainly there when we stayed at the hostel, was extremely friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!
