Kondalilla Eco Resort

Location was great very quiet and rural and right by the national park for hiking. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The restaurant was amazing with good food and service.

The treehouse was very dated and needs an upgrade! For the amount of money paid for 3 nights I was expecting it to be more luxurious. But it had everything we needed.

The location in the rainforest was beautiful.

The room had a very musty smell and the treehouse was tired looking and in need of refurbishment. We were only given 1 towel each and there were no extra towels available to use at the pool. The spa bath was very worn and the bugs and dirt around the window. We had paid extra to stay in the treehouse and it was very disappointing and not worth the $.

The environment, accommodation and staff were all first class.

Wall clock not working, car parking not covered.

Simple access, good communication. Everything in room to meet our needs very well thought through appliances etc and all seemed to work well. The location and grounds are lovely.

Single beds a bit saggy in our family room. Safety of the fire surround - would not work if a toddler was present we would not have lit the fire. The deck area felt a little uninviting perhaps some attention to that area would improve the feel. Certainly felt jealous of the decks/view on the tree houses, not sure why three guests are not accommodated in some of those for small families with kids to enjoy too. Felt a little like we get the 'less desirable' space.
