The location and the restaurant

As soon as we went into our room all we could smell was the mold in it. There was no outward sign except for an overall sense of dampness. I hung up my blouse and jacket in the room and both of them smelled moldy by the next morning. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so any steam added to the problem. The bottom of the bathroom door was clearly water damaged.

Beautiful location

The room and facilities were below what one would expect for the price point.

The location was beautiful the treehouse was nice and was very relaxing!

The internet was terrible. We couldnt watch tv. The internet would load and then 2 seconds later stop and constantly reconnect. The spa didnt work and the water from the shower kept going from cold to boiling hot all of a sudden and burning us. For nearly $500 for a night we dont believe it was worth it however if all this was fixed the price would make more sense

Nice property very quiet and nice and tidy

Beautiful location, treehouse cabin in the rainforest. Everything clean and tidy - lovely view. Restaurant was good. Staff very accommodating - beds may need to be replaced as one side seemed to have a big dip in the middle.

Bed wasn't that comfortable

the accommodation was comfortable and clean. Its location was set in the bush providing privacy and a beautiful out look with the soft sound of bird chirping when we where having drinks on the deck. The on sit restaurant provided us with excellent meals. The staff where friendly and the dinning areas where spacious and relaxing.
