The Residences at The Peninsula

Location was perfect for our volleyball comp at Carrara and it was a short walk to the shops to stock up for the weekend, morning coffees and great places to eat out.

Thelocation was perfect for me, seeing clients in Hope Island, then closer to Brisbane, retained reasonably close proximity to the airport so i didn't need to get up at some ridiculous hour to catch my return flight

Lack of cooking items. Was going to cook myself a meal, but no frying pan etc

Clean and secure. Beautiful and convenient location to where we needed to be. Good communication with booking, very helpful staff.

The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable but this is the only thing I could think really.

It was clean, great location, easy check in and parking

There was a random pinball machine that took up a good piece of the living area “decorative purposes only” - strange addition to somewhat other IKEA furnishings. The glass coffee table did not fit the space with the pinball machine. The dining chairs needed refreshing. There was a spare dining table in the wardrobe that took up space. The bed head was so high you could not open the shutters on the window. Side table in bedroom wonky. No power outlets near bed so no bed side lamps.

We never got to stay check in information was poor did not explain what to do people . Due to the inconvenience of not been able to check in I wouldn't book there again

Location, rooms big and plenty of space

The lounge was the only downside, most uncomfortable.

Proximity to Sanctuary Cove.

Lift was not working. Both of us are in our mid to late seventies so carrying suitcases up three flights of stairs let alone moving from level to level was taxing on both of us.

Location was good

For the money they furnishings were in rough shape and looked like tables and bench tops were cleaned with a dirty cloth

Good location. Quiet

Saw a cockroach in the toilet.
