Please note that there is a 2.3% charge when you pay with a credit card. A security deposit of $250 is to be paid via bank transfer using OSKO into the following account: Mark and Lyndall Sultana BSB 650000 ACC 984564107 The security deposit will be returned via OSKO into the guest's nominated bank account on inspection of the apartment after check out. Alternatively the security deposit can be paid and refunded via credit card however, this attracts a 2.3% merchant fee which is nonrefundable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
