Massage was great, the view was amazing.

The bathrooms were not neat, they didn't have basic amenities like a toilet paper holder or a place to keep the soap and shampoo. The shower was a bit dirty too. The aesthetic of the resort could be much better with some renovations on the decor

Beautiful location , great food, very helpful staff members

The location is great.. the beds are impractical..danger of missteppig in the night, water and tea not placed in rooms, despite request, (second night done). No security staff, no water on two rooms, fixed later, no water as water not pumped from.ground tanks. Staff was friendly, but appeared to be unsure.. kitchen is ill equipped to handle even small volume of people..... needs advance notice for everything... as recommended by staff, we got almost everything as takeaway from outside!!! There is much that can be done with small tweaks...

Completeness in work.. water / twa in rooms is a basic.. water availability to rooms is basic..to show enthusiasm towards guests ia basic... The privacy in the rooms is questionable.. will full glasses doors and windows and just the correct width of curtains... that leaves gaps from sides...Venetian blinds on added will help
