Location, cleanliness, staff behaviour was exceptionally good. Rishad took special care of all our needs. We had certain food requirements which were fulfilled and managed extremely well . I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a peaceful stay near Cherai beach. All in all a great experience.We would love to visit again.

The serenity, cleanliness and breakfast. The staff was very polite and cooperative. The property is conveniently located next to the river and near the cherai beach and has some eateries nearby. Excellent place to slow down without compromising access to the amenities of a city.

Limited options for lunch and dinner. Lack of a place to hangout with family and friends. Not counting gazebos, they are very small and don't have comfortable seating. The bathrooms were not very spacious.

Nothing at all

Never had this level of bad experience. 1. The entire room is covered in mold and dust, posing serious health concerns. 2. The bathroom is unclean, with stained bath towels, bed linen, and bed pillows. 3. The air conditioning is not functioning properly, making the room very uncomfortable. 4. There are no proper toiletries provided, contrary to what was advertised. 5. There are dead cockroaches and bugs in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable. 6. Overall, the property looks nothing like it is shown online, and is not at all worth the premium amount we are being charged. Even the booking.com team didnt respond to the call and customer support chats.

Most of the facilities are not working like fan was not working in one of the room AC was not working, lot of mosquitoes
