This staff here are amazing - so accommodating and friendly. The place is very well maintained - manicured gardens, very clean pool, beach raked every day.

Nothing! It is a bit far out of town though with little around,, so you will you need a golf cart to get anywhere - but that makes it more quiet and relaxing!

Location and staff friendliness

My group of 3 and I stayed in the Belizean Shores Resort for 6 days, and it was the best accommodations we could have asked for! Firstly, the staff were extremely helpful and made the entire process super easy. Shout out to William, who helped me book the excursions and schedule for rides to and from the ferry. He was super communicative via email. Also, a huge thank you to Andrew and Seleny as they helped with checking us in and out. They both were extremely helpful with renting golf carts right at the front desk. The suite was extremely comfortable and spacious. The kitchen in the unit was a life saver as we could easily make food or heat up food easily. We had a balcony second floor pool view (highly recommend), and it was so stunning. Bring good mosquito repellent, but honestly, that is the one slight glitch. It was easy to order food at either at the pool or in our room with room service. The food comes from the sister Resort but still arrives hot and in a timely manner. Order the avocado toast. Trust me! Huge shout to Tu, who is a bartender at the swim up bar who made us laugh and played great music! Also location, you are more north of the island, so you will need a golf cart to get to town, but it is quiet, and the beach is clean and clear. They do a good job every day, landscaping and trying to contain the seaweed. We were treated so well all around. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation was ideal for a large family group. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The pool is lovely.

It’s pretty expensive and there are some high costs for services (bike, golf buggy etc) booked through the hotel. Given seaweed it was not really possible to swim in the sea from the hotel

The property staff was friendly and very willing to try to resolve issues. We enjoyed the golf cart rentals. While the pool area was nice and well maintained we spent most of our time at the sister property coco beach poolbar because it had more of an adult vibe. I do want to say the management staff was very helpful in the booking of transfers. We also used the tuff e nuff excursions available at the pier. They were great.

The expectation is that guest don’t flush toilet paper. This was a very big problem for us.Also, moisture in the room left a moldy smell but the staff did deodorize for us when we asked.
