"Nice location, poor food and bad service"

Nice resort shame about the service and the food. We stayed two nights as part of a Wing Buddy package. The staff at reception were rude and unhelpful. The food at the pool bar was fine but was not good at the Italian restaurant. Breakfast was abysmal. Service everywhere was poor.

"Great Family Vacation"

Our stay at Crocs Resort & Casino in Jacó, Costa Rica was absolutely fantastic! We traveled as a family with a 4-year-old and a 78-year-old, and the resort was truly family-friendly and accommodating for all ages. The staff and people were incredible—warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely cared for, and their hospitality made the experience even more special. The food was amazing. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, with great variety for both kids and adults. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The resort itself was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, making it easy for both our youngest and oldest family members to enjoy their time equally. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the ocean views, or simply relaxing on the property, there was something for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Jacó. Highly recommend Crocs Resort & Casino for families looking for great food, outstanding service, and a memorable Costa Rica vacation!

Beautiful property! Very friendly staff! View was breathtaking! Rooms and property clean and a great value. 10 minute walk to town and delicious restaurants right down the street. Had a wonderful time

"Costa Rica vacation"

It was a great trip. My only complaint was the pool and restaurant were closed due to 3 company parties. I paid another of money and never should have been denied use. Arrangements need to be made for instances like these.

"Si volvería a hospedarme en dicho hotel"

las instalaciones muy bonitas, cómodas y la comida estuvo sabrosa

Que la seguridad interna tubo que llamar la atención de grupos jóvenes que se pusieron a fumar marihuana en las piscinas, lo cual da un mal ejemplo a los menores presentes. Debían haberlos invitado a desalojar las instalaciones porque esos actos generan inseguridad y afectan la imagen seria del hotel.
