"Lovely Stay"

We had a great family stay at crocs. The resort and our room was very clean! The staff were friendly and helpful! Can’t say enough great things about the pool areas! Super clean! Pool service for drinks and food was fantastic. Would highly recommend this resort for a great family stay!

"Disappointed"

Made reservation in advance with Crocs website for a rate of $197 for the night to include breakfast. Received confirmation and figured I was all set. Arrived on Feb 15th to be told I did not have a reservation and it would be $357 for the night. End up making a reservation via Expedia for $270 without free breakfast. Shortly after check-in in with the Expedia reservation I received a cancellation email from Crocs for the original reservation. Ask hotel staff to explain. No explanation provided. Reached out to crocs via their website. No reply. This is my third time staying a Crocs. It will be my last.

"Croc's Casino well worth a visit."

As in our past visits our stay was as expected. Great service and cleanliness. The rooms are very nice and the view from the balcony is great. We would definitely recommend staying at Croc's Casino.
