The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed, which made the stay very convenient and enjoyable. The staff were great throughout, always polite, helpful, and welcoming. The overall stay was very pleasant, and the hospitality made a real difference. Everything felt comfortable and well managed, and we appreciated the warm service from arrival to departure.

Die Lage mit dem unglaublichen Ausblick über den Wald und die Seen. Das Personal im war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich besonders Aklilu aus dem Restaurant hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und war immer sehr ahfmerksam und freundlich.

Teilweise ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer nicht auf dem neuesten Stand und weist kleine Mängel auf.

All the staff are very friendly and try to help you from the moment you walk in the door. Incredible views from the room, pool, sauna, massages—everything was great. The staff even helped us with some flight changes; everything was perfect.
