המלון מודרני, נקי, ממוזג וממוקם על אחד הנופים היפים ביותר באתיופיה, עם נוף מטורף מכל פינה של החדר,

השירות דורש שיפור- הצוות באמת רצה לעשות שירות טוב והיה חייכני ואדיב תמיד, אבל: השרות היה מאוד איטי, שהמפתח לחדר לא אבד, נאלצנו ללכת פעמיים לקבלה עד שתיקנו את הבעיה , בכל ארוחה חיכינו לפעמים מעל ל20 דקות לקבל את מה שביקשנו מהמלצרים, עד שארוחה ערב אחת פשוט הלכנו למלון אחר!! בנוסף, בכל התמונות של המלון בריכת השחייה יושבת על הנוף, אולם בפועל הוסיפו רחבה לפני הבריכה- כנראה עבור ארועים ולכן מהבריכה...לא רואים כלום!!! חבל כי בריכה עם נוף, זה משהו שראוי לשלם עליו הרבה.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff, first of all, is wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and very tastefully decorated, with beautiful views over the lames. The food is great (I mostly had fish) and good value for money. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and had a great massage

Perfect. Liked everything, would definitely stay here. Best hotel in Ethiopia so far, and we are living in Ethiopia!!

The speed in the restaurant was really slow. A lot of noise from the outside (excl the cathedral. Surprisning load in the corridor during late evening and early morning. And please some reading lamps at the beds
