Macdonald Lochanhully Resort

Nice tucked away spot for what we needed.

Things are a bit outdated and the bed a bit small for two tall people, but otherwise all good.

The overall facility was nice but it looks like it hasn't had proper investment in years with very dated furniture and no real on site facilities with them being closed for a long time The pool was a nice temperature and probably one of the big positive. Friendly enough staff but its clear there is nothing much else going for this resort to offer.

It's just a bit too far out the way from aviemore which was our mistake. I assumed as part of the macdonald hotels it was a bit closer. Couch was very uncomfortable with no cushions.

Beautiful surroundings, very good indoor pool .

Would be good to have a clearly identified bag / bin for recycling within the property

It was the most peaceful and magical place we have been too, lovely for adults and children. Plenty of things to do and the cabins are so cosy and spacious

Nothing, it was perfect

Lovely little lodge, well equipped for self catering, comfortable bed

Bathroom was a bit dated, and needed repair to flooring and bath . Door into the property was covered in spider webs
