I need to complain and would like to request a refund! The staff were rude, the caravan stunk of wet dog and wasn't clean, the toilet didn't flush , I asked 4 times in one day & no-one came I had to use a bag to put dirty paper in for 3 days! We we're told could go swimming anytime then once me & my daughter we're refused because there was a private swim on/fun swim which I knew nothing about, I was willing to pay & it has only been 6minutes into the session they literally saw my 7 year old daughter burst into tears and wouldn't budge ! I mean this is supposed to be a holiday and experience for me and my daughter and I'm watching her crying ! I phoned before I travelled and was told there's a dvd player definitely but no there wasn't. When you opened the front caravan window we're you was eating water was leaking in so had to keep the window shut. The windows didn't all shut properly, someone had to come and shut them because they were faulty. No where when I booked the holiday did it say they'll take £100 on arrival!? I'll only get ot back in 10 days ! Yet they didn't even have a working toilet for me and my daughter

The nicest most spacious caravan I have ever stayed in. It's shocking how much more spacious a 2 bedroom caravan feels. Location had spectacular views and although we didn't really use the park it was lovely and quiet.

The park looks a little overgrown and rough around the edges. Would appreciate it if towels and dishwasher tablets were included in the accommodation, but was told before arriving that these wouldn't be, so not a massive issue.

Everything, the property had everything you needed, comfortable and the view it unreal

Check out time too early as we had to get 3 kids up and out by 10.30 so had get up super early

Wish there were towels as we didn’t bring any apart from that it was exceptionable would recommend it

It's my fault for assuming that tea towels / towels and hairdryer would be provided, so maybe a reminder message to mention it. Saying that it didn't say they were provided and I incorrectly assumed they would be

Loved the views decor beautiful host was very helpful very understanding made beautiful memories with family
