Pilot Beach Resort

- Locatia excelenta; - Am putut inchiria masina chiar din incinta hotelului la un pret foarte bun (nu au perceput garantie) - de vizitat Chania, portul venetian si orasul vechi cu stradute colorate/ de vizitat lacul Kournas care este la max 10 min cu masina si unde se pot inchiria hidrobiciclete - Mancare variata, foarte buna. - Plaja foarte frumoasa, nisip fin - Trenuletul zilnic de la hotel la satul din apropierere si catre lacul Kournas - Piscinele, animatorii - Foarte utila aplicatia hotelului - Resort mare, foarte frumos amenajat; potrivit ptr familii cu copii

Noi am stat in bungalou cu vedere la mare (spatios, cu balcon, situat la etaj) insa marea se vedea mai mult din lateral. Minusul principal l-a reprezentat zgomotul permanent de la masini de la soseaua din apropiere.

- staff were excellent. Really friendly - special acknowledgement for my birthday (unsolicited) - entertaining events most evenings - Beach was clean and lifeguards took their jobs seriously - free parking

- minor point : for English speakers not many channels for kids (for the quiet periods in the room), no ability to cast from your phone like some hotels now offer (so you can use your own subscription channels) - very very minor point - clearer was super friendly, but clean looked rush on 1 of our 10 days. Otherwise fine. - be careful, some rooms have very small balconies for a family suit (table and 2 chairs but room for 4)

Beautiful location, excellent beach (although many days was wavy). The restaurant personnel (especially the yallos restaurant) was very helpful and polite ! The team that handled the kids club and the sport activities was super good! Very good with the kids, very nice shows at night, all day long activities for all ages ! Great variety at buffet - flexible hours for breakfast & dinner !

The cleaning part. The room was not 100% cleaned, a bit mopping and that’s all. We had a lot of ants & mosquitos in the room. One day the room was not cleaned at all … and many times the cleaning team came into the room while we were inside .. The team with the activities consisted of non Greek speaking people . WiFi was not working at all!

La posizione eccezionale direttamente su un' ampia spiaggia di sabbia, le bellissime piscine, i giardini molto curati, il personale simpatico e accogliente, il cibo vario e abbondante. Lidia della reception gentilissima, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta col sorriso e con molta professionalità. Avevamo prenotato una camera con vista piscina ed invece ci è stata assegnata una camera vista mare : abbiamo apprezzato molto questa camera con terrazzo coperto e proprio davanti al mare.
