The hotel staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help. The facilities are fantastic — clean, well maintained, and very family-oriented. They even cooked fresh food for our baby every day and delivered it right on time with a smile! The food is excellent, and there’s a great variety of activities for both kids and adults. Having a supermarket inside the hotel is super convenient for last-minute needs like sunscreen or diapers. There’s also a car rental service and several tour operators on-site offering nice excursion packages. We loved the thoughtful touches, like the welcome basket with wine and fruits and the olive oil farewell gift. The bus to Chania stops right in front of the hotel, and the little train excursion to the lake is a perfect morning activity. The hotel app is also very useful — it has all the information you need for your stay.

My whole stay was wonderful, and I’ll definitely come back. If I had to mention something, the mattress was a bit too soft for me. Next time I’ll probably rent a car, as it costs almost the same as the hotel transportation for a long stay. I’ll also go for the full board option — after 11 nights, buying water, wine, and lunch separately adds up quickly. Sure! Here’s a shorter, natural version of just the last part: Most guests were German, so it was a bit hard for my child to interact with other kids. The animation team speaks English most of the time, but some activities felt more focused on German speakers.

Super hôtel, très belles piscines, au bord d'une jolie plage, espace de jeux pour les enfants, très bons buffets et petits-déjeuners; bonne situation de l'hôtel avec une voiture pour rayonner vers Réthymnon et La Canée.

Taille des chambres assez étroites pour 2 adultes et un enfant; insonorisation moyenne.

Chambre très agréable et adaptée aux familles. Plusieurs restaurants dont celui de la plage qui offre une vue magnifique. Personnel efficace et sympathique. Plusieurs piscines dont l’espace enfant avec toboggans pour les plus petits.

Piscine non chauffée donc elle commençait à être fraîche (mais on y était fin octobre).
