"Wir haben die Anlage, den schönen Strand und v.a. auch das Beachvolleyballfeld sehr genossen!"

Super leckeres Essen, morgens wie abends. Auch für Vegetarier grosse Auswahl! :) Die Angestellten waren alle freundlich. Die Anlage war hübsch und sauber. Der Strand richtig toll.

Im Zimmer war es etwas kühl, man konnte es aber zum Glück mit der Klimaanlage auf die gewünschte Temperur aufwärmen.

"Un très bon séjour, mais un restaurant pas à la hauteur en qualité"

Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. La piscine et les communs sont aussi très agréables Belle douche, le linge de bain est prévu en quantité, Le personnel est agréable et parle énormément de langues différentes Le lit est très confortable Des petites attentions très agréables (buffet pour les enfants dans la journée, petit cadeau de fin de séjour,...)

la nourriture du restaurant est passable, les pâtes et les frites sont particulièrement ratés. On s'attendrait à mieux pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Par ailleurs, et même si les transports en commun le desservent, il se trouve assez éloigné de tous les sites touristiques (la ville de Chania se trouve à 40 minutes de route par exemple)

La réactivité, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Il nous manquait un lit et le lendemain de notre arrivée tout a été réglé. D'avoir été bien accueilli même en pleine nuit.

Sur les 2 derniers jours, moins de choix sur le repas du soir au restaurant Continental. Plat, fruit...
