Exceptional service and amazing location. Lots of deers and monkeys. Kids enjoyed balinese snack cooking and donut decoration classes. Snorkeling was awesome even near the jetty. Absolutely delicious breakfasts. So worth it!

Perhaps the best hotel I've stayed at in Bali. Super staff, stunning villas and nature around. Tropical birds, perfect scuba diving nearby. Communication is amazing, staff created a WhatsApp group and we could just text them if anything was required.

Outstanding staff with the highest quality service. Superb location. Delicious and consistent food and room service delivered faster than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Comfortable beds. Quiet and private rooms. Extremely smooth and attentive management. The grounds are immaculate. This place is special.

"Not impressed or impressive."

The property is tired, sparse, lacks a range of facilities and activities. The one and only restaurant is average and as a 'captive audience' the prices are excessive. Facilities are lacking. There is a pool but that's about it so be prepared to entertain yourself or pay for additional activities. The staff are nice enough but not up to 5 star standard. This is not a 5 star property but if you are looking for a remote, 'off grid' experience (with a hefty price tag) you might enjoy it.

"Very enjoyable"

I loved the surrounding jungle and animals. I scuba dived at Menjengan Island and it was just wonderful. Food was great and the additional activities that they presented were enjoyable

No swimming beach available for the people staying in the forest cottages. It seemed that the small beaches are reserved for the ocean view cottages
