Maleo Moyo Hotel & Dive Resort

We had a fantastic time at Maleo, From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions, Mata Jitu Waterfalls is a must. We particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff, who were always willing to assist with our requests and provide recommendations. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of local and international options. Overall, we highly recommend Maleo to anyone visiting Moyo Island and we hope to return again soon!

Our stay at Maleo in Moyo Island was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and We especially enjoyed the delicious local cuisine at the hotel restaurant. Highly recommend!

Great location. Quality establishment, European owned, with owner and staff on site, particularly pre-dinner, to answer any Qs n discuss possible tours/activities etc. Also, great snorkelling straight off the beach through their front gate.

Perfect location, you can snorkel straight off the beach, quiet location allows for a great nights sleep. The dive staff are amazing and patient and we had such a wonderful diving experience with them. The diving is absolutely world class and not busy at all with very few other divers. Also a visit to the amazing waterfalls is a must.

Wonderful peaceful place, highly recommended. Moyo Island is a little paradise and the resort is perfect for enjoying it.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. I stayed in the budget room - my expectations were not so high, but it was surprisingly comfortable and very clean. I had such a great sleep every night. The place is within walking distance from the village, so you can also get to see the locals and try the local restaurant.

Breakfast was great. Fantastic pool. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Denny who helped us out with various things from when we first arrived until our departure.
