Maleo Moyo Hotel & Dive Resort

This is not a normal resort. This is something special run by people who love and care for this paradise.

Great position just a few hundred metres walk from the quay when you arrive by boat. I even had the fortune to ride in the owner's boat on the way there from Sumbawa, who also arranges snorkeling and scuba diving trips. Lovely pool and lounge area and everything on the menu is very nice (intact I only ate from there)! The room was very comfortable and the staff were all amazing hosts. I would definitely would go back.

Denny, what an absolute angel! He is responsive and incredibly helpful on all requests and information. The space is on the beach, so peaceful, an quiet. The rooms are spacious, with cute little balcony areas, and perfect for relaxation. Its close to town, and large space making it feel like a little oasis. Denny's assistance with hiring a scooter, as well as boat information on how to get around as we went exploring.

communication on the diving.... as I requested prior to book a specific day as my time was limited, but wasn't informed until I was there of the timings and schedules, so couldn't make it work. But only a small thing, but everything else was incredible!

Peaceful location, good food and staff very helpful and friendly

Absolutely stunning location. Surrounded by such diverse marine life, it was even great straight out on the reef in front of Maleo Moyo. I would love to come back. Large accomodation area, refreshing pool, nearby beautiful waterfalls and many other reefs. Prices for a boat were often much cheaper than advertised as we were able to share with other guests.

As a vegetarian (or anyone wanting vegetables) the menu was quite limited, but this didn’t matter as there are a few other places nearby with more options. Meals could often take up to an hour to be served
