TV didn't work although they tried several times to get reception Breakfast very ordinary.. need to upgrade menu Cornflakes and Fruit ok as were the eggs Power was very slow, couldn't bul the kettle or charge phones Charged for a glass of ice for Sunset cocktails... never had that before in any resort

The pool beds were disgusting. Smelly and mouldy. The room was okay but they didn’t clean the sheets each day. I was there for over a week and the sheets weren’t cleaned. The towels was smelly.

Cleaning could be a lot better. There was rubbish outside our room which could’ve been picked up and disposed of it just a smelly and mouldy.

Location was fantastic. Gardens were very well kept.

The property itself needs a lot of updating. Bedrooms with dangerous electrical wiring. The large pool is falling apart. There's graffiti written in limscale around the centre. Pictures advertised are from years ago. Playground is non existent. Tv signal didn't work. Out first set of rooms lost power after a few days. Phones n the room didn't work.

Great location right on the beach. Lots of food and drink vendors right there The rooms in the villas were massive. Pretty good value if you are ok with the issues, much cheaper than neighbouring hotels. Really helpful in booking an airport taxi for me

The kids playground on the lawn by the beach has been removed months ago. That was the main reason I booked to stay here so we could relax whilst the kids had a play. Apparently it had rusted away. Only the swing remained and it had rust holes in it so I didn't let my kids even touch it. The 'replacement' plastic swing and Slide in the musty indoor kids play area was not suitable for over 6 year olds. The property needs to update their photos as their old playground features heavily in their listing My kids got eaten by mosquitos on the front driveway as we walked to the convince store at the front. There is a water feature that looked pretty green and stagnant at the main entrance, possibly the cause. The property told me they treat for mosquitoes every 2 weeks but not sure how thorough it is, there was building waste including buckets outside our back window that were collecting stagnant water. Our bathroom layout was so odd, two showers but no shower curtain as per the photos when i booked, so the water went everywhere. Not very safe for a family room. One shower was over the bath, the other over a square section in the middle of the bathroom. Despite being huge, the toilet was right next to the doorway as soon as you enter the room you almost tripped over it. It looked like this bathroom had been renovated as there was evidence the toilet had been moved from a more standard location The tiles at the breakfast area through the walkways were slippery, like someone had spilt a bottle of oil and smeared it everywhere. It looked clean but we had to walk so slowly to not fall over. Staff didn't seem concerned. Also the pool has weird green pattern with the tiles on thy bottom making it look green, somewhat off-putting.

Location is perfect and beside the beachfront , the pool we never use it as most of the time of the day we are out and then arrive late and already tired. The room is assigned to us is near to the restaurant and those building around the restaurant are old but a quiet place to stay

Superior room, bathroom was so old and leaking under sink. No shower curtain so water would go everywhere. Bed squeeked so loud with every movement
